Self-Pleasure Practice
So, what is this release practice?
This practice is designed for you to go deeper into release.
I invite you to do this every single morning (5-10 min every day), or evening.
Your practice is to breath deeply into your pelvis, gently find pressure points in and around your vulva noting points of tension. Then inhale and press on the tension, and breathe out deeply releasing the tension and your touch. So, for 10 min, just gently give your pussy a massage with this inhale, press, exhale, release practice.
Remember to use of the 3 orgasmic tools:
breath
movement
sound
Breath deeply, and sigh and make sound, and flow with lovely movement in your body on your exhale. We do this because we all hold stress response cycles that haven't completed in our bodies. So. you might even shake as you release your tension. Shaking is normal and welcome.
Keep this practice easeful by committing just to 5-10 min. Focus on following pleasure through your loving touch.
A reminder for this practice: that all of you is welcome. There is no pressure to experience any pleasure really allowing your experience to be one that is devoted, loving and honouring to where your body is today.
