Gentle Trauma Release Practice

This breathwork practice will help you complete any stress response cycles that need to be completed. You’ll be using a butterfly technique opening and closing the legs as you inhale and exhale to support your nervous system to complete these cycles.

The invitation in this practice is allow a freedom of expression in your movement and sound. Whether you need to shake, kick, shout, cry and so on. I invite you to meet anything that arrises with curiosity, acceptance and deep love.
