Working with Rosa has been an incredibly joyful, deeply supportive experience that has directly resulted in me and my boyfriend having sex more often, connecting more deeply, and both of us feeling more free to ask for what we really want. Sometimes being single can feel tough, particularly in lockdown for months at a time. However, it’s meant I’ve had the opportunity to focus attention on myself. Working with Rosa has enlightened me to my core desires, something that I now can't ignore! The biggest change I've noticed, with multiple partners, is that I've freed myself from the voice in the back of my head telling me I’m not doing it right, or I should be performing a particular way. Rosa has unlocked hidden gems I didn't know existed, opened my mind and changed my perspective in the most positive way.

I've never really felt like I've had specific fantasies or desires, but working with Rosa has helped me access what really makes me feel good, by focusing in on the physical sensations. I’ve been able to explore sexual experiences that I may have felt shameful about and realise the fun and excitement within them, and within accepting myself, my desires and my needs. I am loving broadening my definition of pleasure. I have learnt what I really desire without expectations and deepened my sense of understanding with my desires and where they come from. I'm going to take these learnings, and use the extra tools in my toolbox to enjoy sexual pleasure even more.

Working with Rosa has opened up so many new ideas for me. It has helped me to talk even more openly with my partner about what we both want and desire, which can sometimes feel awkward. I’ve always felt calm and safe with Rosa, which has allowed me to open up and share more vulnerably. I have really enjoyed the embodied exercises and experiments. Getting in touch with my body and my breath to link up and listen to what my body is telling me has been game-changing!
